My Largest Cake Yet!
This is an order I got for a dermatologist's birthday cake (his last name is Gold . . . ) My first time using gold anything, and I was pleased with how it came out. It's chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. The bottom tier is 14", middle is 9", top is 6".
It looks like a fun cake. Not just to make but to receive. I bet he loved it!
