This is my 1st topsy turvy cake and a very badly failled attempt at doing it the "Planet Cake" shape, Bottom tier is 2 layers of choc mud and 1 layer orange cake, filled with choc orange ganache, top is vanilla cake filled with vanilla & strawberry swirl, i made so many mistakes and ended up rushing the stripes and this was probably my worst fondant, but it was for my daughter and she forgives me for not getting it like planet cake ha
