This is a dummy cake, 12,10,8 and 6. I have been trying to teach myself some new techniques, thank you to those who responded to my thread about the pleated tier, and to all the CC'rs that I got inspiration from all your beautiful cakes, and all the helpful advice on the forums. Each tier has a different technique, and I still have a lot to learn. I have decided that whoever thought the diamond pattern with dragees/pearls was good design should #1 be congratulated on a beautiful design, or #2 taken behind the wood shed and shot!, must be a 100 of them on there. All fondant with handmade pearls, sprayed with pearl sheen. I just used some ribbon and silk flowers I had laying around to see what it would look like. Sorry so long!
