My friend hosts an annual tea party to celebrate the official birthday of Queen Elizabeth. The theme for the invitations etc this year was the old Penny Black stamp, so the cake is black and white. Top layer is choc orange, bottom layer is zingy lemon. Gum paste flowers and stamp. The design was inspired by a cake I saw in the wonderful Cake Central magazine, the original was way beyond my skill level but I am learning all the time! Thank you CC.
