I made this cake and cupcakes for my sister n laws year end school party. I tried to make the people out of royal icing and I think the icing wasnt hard enough because it was melting, so my other sister n law came over and while i was baking and icing all night she was making the people out of fondant! she was my lifesaver otherwise I would have been up all night. I made sunshine cupcakes to match the pool, it just went with the theme. =o)
