Retirement cake with State of Delaware items made out of royal icing as well as the Division of Social Services Logo and the shape of Delaware made on the cake. cake was 1/2 deep chocolate and 1/2 vanilla butter cake with butter cream frosting. Cake was 1 of 2 cakes made for the Policy Administrator for the Food Stamp program for Delaware, for her retirement.
