This is a butter pecan cake with buttercream icing. The pumpkins are made out of rolled buttercream. This is for my family's Thanksgiving lunch tomorrow. I sure hope they like it!! I had a lot of fun making it. Oh and the dirt is crushed pecans mixed with dark brown sugar!
I got the recipe from this website. It is a little greasy and I found I had to add more powdered sugar than the recipe says to stiffin it up and it still left a shiney look but for pumpkins it worked! Hope this helps!!

Its the name of the icing....you can get it off the site...just search for rolled buttercream!
