My little guy requested Lightning McQueen, Mater, and the scene from the movie, "Tractor Tipping" on his cake this year. I chickened out and bought Lightning and Mater because sculpture is NOT my forte. The rest of the cake is edible. My first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. I have a lot of practice to do, but I was pretty happy with the first try. The best thing is that my son was thrilled with it. Fudge cake, cookies 'n' cream filling, iced with ganache and covered in MMF. The red tier I actually used the Wilton spray red food coloring. Not an airbrush, but it worked pretty well.
