The Engagement party was a "Fun in the Sun" theme the Bride- to-be wanted a lobster on the cake because lobsters mate for life. Lobster, sun, pink hearts are made of fondant. Palm tree is gumpaste with rice paper branches, sand is graham crackers and a tiny bit of coffee for dark specs and gold sugar. Heart in sand is made with candy rocks. Lobster is waiting for his mermaid to come back up so he can give her the hugh diamond ring he's holding!
