Made for my niece who was going to the Riviera Maya for her honeymoon. Kahlua mudslide cake with buttercream icing. Mayan temple, dolphin, towels, book etc are gumpaste. Palm trees are gumpase leaves with oreo sippers for the trunks. Palapa is made of shredded wheat. I used graham crumbs and powder sugar for the sand and I used coloured piping gel over butter cream for the water.
