Made this for a combined wedding celebration for my coworkers. Carrot cake filled with cream cheese IMBC and frosted in orange IMBC. The BC refused to cooperate and the first round curdled, the second attemp I burnt the sugar, so thankfully the 3rd time was the charm. Thanks for peeking!
