Ice bucket is three 8 inch round strawberry cakes with fresh berries, homemade preserves and strawberry buttercream. The wooden platform is a 12 inch square lemon cake with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. All decorations are fondant and tylose except for the ice which is crushed clear mints.

They're copyright/trademark lawyers hence the © TM D and P confetti. The P is for patent...can't remember what the D is for...but that's what they asked for. It doesn't show that well but the confetti is all shiny silver and gold. The little figures were done to represent partners in the firm who've retired.
