I created this cake for my mom's 70th birthday. She likes flowers so I made as many gumpaste flowers I could do (three days before party, I tipped over the drying wrack and destroyed half of my flowers)! Two late nights and I was back in business:) I wanted to do something special for her......but I had to keep in mind we were traveling 2 1/2 hours......longest cake delivery I've made.....but I was happy of the outcome.
