This was my first time carving a cake and working with fondant. I was short on time and it was late, so the details are not up to standard but I'm pretty happy with it over all. I used Rhonda's Ultimate MMF and the Durable Cake for 3D Carving in the recipe sections. It was a chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream.. yum!
