Caramel flavour sponge baked by me, covered in sugarpaste by my husband and decorated by my husband and my two sons (aged 11 and 8) I suspect my husband did most of the 'water lily'. They hid a little chocolate underneath the yellow cone in the centre of the flower! :oD
