Tank!

Tank! on Cake Central

This is the first time i have had to carve a cake- and it was so much fun! Marble WASC / Chocolate WASC recipe, with Cream Cheese White Chocolate Mousse (colored army-green) filling, and Crusting vanilla-almond Buttercream. I used the Viva paper towel method to smooth the BC. The tracks and gears on the side are black fondant, and the cannon is a pretzel rod coated in the BC and tipped with the black fondant.
