My first tiered cake - commissioned for a very special lady's 80th Birthday party with 40 attendees. I can't even tell you how nervous I was!! Thankfully, however, it turned out well and everyone loved it *whew*. Both tiers (and dome top) are Chocolate Mocha Cake iced in buttercream with Bailey's filling, daisies are fondant with tylose, polka dots are straight up fondant and border is ribbon.
