Italian Cream Cake with cream cheese icing, hand made gum paste poinsettias. I made this cake Christmas of 2006. I didn't have gum paste cutters to make the poinsettias, so what I did was I downloaded a template, got poster board and cut out flower petals using printed template. Then I used the poster board cut outs to make each gum paste petal....its was fun but took a lot of time! = )
