This cake is made from 3 different shaped round pans. The smallest round was covered in Satin Ice chocolate fondant. It was made into a college mortarboard. Gumpaste was used to style the tassel. The next cake was covered in blue Satin Ice fondant. A diploma was designed out of white gumpaste and wrapped in a black ribbon. The largest round was covered in white Satin Ice fondant and detailed with different size stars.
