This cake was made for a class that passed training to become foster parents. I got the idea from CC member CristyInMiami. (Thanks, your cake is awesome!) There are a few things I would have done differently, but I only had 4 hours to make and decorate the cake. (My mom is in that class and they asked her last minute.) All BC with fondant decorations.
