Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes for my hubbies going away as he is changing units and deploying in the near future. His current unit's mascot is the eagle. The cupcakes are made following a Irish car bomb cupcake recipe. Eagles are made with royal icing hand piped. These were delish. If you haven't tried an "Irish Car Bomb" recipe I do recommend it...
