Been a year since I have done a wedding cake. Don't do many. So I thought I would try gum paste flowers for the first time and a little draping. White and marble cake with buttercream frosting. Did the grooms cake also. Triple chocolate and strawberry cake with chocolate buttercream. Also made seven cheesecakes for the wedding. It turned out better than I thought it would. Wedding cakes make me nervous.
