My niece wanted an iCarly cake with peaces signs and hearts. And she wanted it funky. This is what I came up with. Cake is strawberry and white, filled with milk chocolate ganache and white chocolate strawberry ganache and covered in Indydebi's Crisco-Based Buttercream Icing and MMF.
