This was a cake I did for a "Cinco de Mayo" themed family fun night at our church. This was inspired by some other cactus cakes on this site. Thanks! This is an 8in two layer white cake with BC icing. The spires are made of Twinkies, the spikes are spaghetti noodles, and the soil is crushed chocolate cookies. TFL!
