I made this cake for a neighbor's son who loves Little Einsteins. I am not overly impressed with the outcome of the cake, but I had lost my grandpa (a best friend) 2 days prior to me making the cake. So in the circumstances, I did the best I could so I didn't have to leave the neighbor in a cake-bind! Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
