My first attempt at a fondant rose, I think it came out pretty good, I watched a tutorial on you tube, you should check it out it you are a self taught beginer like me, I can't remember the video name but it's the one that uses zip;ock bags to make the roses. I tried with both Wilton fondant and Satin Ice fondant, the satin ice roses were cracked at the top and didn't look very real, the wilton worked best though I like the taste of satin ice better.
