My bit is too low on the bridle, but when I realized it, the fondant had already started setting up. I used chocolate MMF, and the bit is gumpaste/fondant mix, painted with pearl dust. The horse is a Dun, so I dusted the nose with a mix of dark and regular cocoa powder. The icing is chocolate cream cheese and the cake is italian cream. NEVER NEVER try to torte a cake with shreded coconut - ugh!
