This cake was made for my younger daughter's fourth birthday party! It is a 12 inch double layer square cake, half chocolate, half white, and filled with vanilla butter cream icing. The rocks are also white cake, and all cake is covered with vanilla butter cream icing. All figures (The mermaid - supposed to be Ariel, Flounder, Sebastian, Scuttle and King Triton) are hand made from fondant/gum paste and the letters are gum paste cut outs. (May, 2010)
