My daughters 12th birthday cake. She wanted "old fashioned " buttercream on her topsy turvy cake (which made it easier!) Fondant and gum paste trim and topper. She's really into Greek (thanks to "Percy Jackson and the Lightening Thief") so the happy birthday message is in Greek.
