Made this cake for my Aunt. I looked at the picture of her cat and tried to make it look just like her. I tried a new frosting recipe from cakecentral with this one because she requested coconut. It was a french vanilla cake with Coconut Cream frosting. I LOVED the flavor and will definately use again. Eyes and ears are fondant the rest is frosting. I started out with 2 bread pan size cakes and sculpted. I wish I had put down a fondant rug for the cat to be laying on but by the time I realized my mistake it was too late. Oh well I still think that it turned out great.
