This customer wanted to make sure their cake stayed very simple and little color as their wedding is going to be super formal and "ivory". The groom is from England and she wanted to incorporate landmarks of Britain and icons. Chocolate cake with cooked chocolate icing. The bottom hexagon was cut from a 12" round, then there is an 8" and 6" tier. The ribbon is actual thin satin ribbon, ends are just tucked under each tier. The circles are fondant cut with a cookie cutter. Fondant used was Satin ice. The painting was done with wilton gel colors mixed with water. It is topped off with white luster dust.
