This is the second Battle of the Books cake. It is a white almond sour cream cake with almond flavored buttercream. I used Wilton's cookies and cream sprinkles which was a bargain ($1.49 for a large container) for the sand. The children loved the knights fighting and the sneaky dragon. The road connected the two cakes together. I'm already planning for next year's cake. Any comments would be appreciated.
