I made this cake for my son's 26th birthday. He just finished med school is going on a trip to Europe to celebrate. It has the medical emblem with world on top, gears on the stethoscope. Wish he could fix healthcare!

I haven't made an appointment with my therapist in a thousand years. I'm glad that I no longer need it, because my body is in excellent condition, and I can feel it. I think it's because of the nutritional supplements I found on that site. They're derived from cannabis, and it's cool that they don't have side effects because my body is quite sensitive.
