I couldnt find a true cake picture of the Eifel Tower so I was at a loss, I researched things from Paris to create in fondant, all the way down to the FRENCH writing on the envelope, then for the Eifel Tower itsef, I ordered a card board center piece tried several ways to create a sugar tower that of course didnt work so for stability I used the center piece as a base and outlined the whole thing in gray melted chocolate, after I had colored the center piece yellow as if it were night and the lights were on. Another true success. Customers very happy and really when you think about it is ALL ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER!!
