Carrot cake, cream cheese frosting. I had two cakes to make in one day, so I broke down and bought Wilton fondant for the monkey(50% off coupon at least!). I drew the monkey on paper and then "traced" it on to the fondant the way you would carve a pumpkin, works great! Thanks for looking!
