these were for a little boy's 3rd birthday (his name is Jay). chocolate cake, buttercream icing (the football is chocolate buttercream icing.) the decorations are all fondant. the family is abusing the poor child by making him into a Giants fan :( (I of course delivered the cake while wearing Cowboys shirt & hat, and carrying a Cowboys purse) ;)
