The jersey was made from a 10in square cake--I cut off a section that was about 10inx3in, then cut that diagonally to create the 2 arms. The puck is a single-layer 6in cake. Both are buttercream with fondant accents. The gold was brushed with gold pearl dust (mixed with clear vanilla). I printed the logo off of the computer, cut it out, and used it to cut the fondant. Those tiny letters took FOREVER, but I'm happy with the end result.
