Topsy-Turve Spring !!!!

This was my final cake for my class. Big disaster with top tier (base was to small and collapsed when I put the fondant) no time and not enough fondant to redo it so I carved it again and put it in the freezer. Of course it turn soggy and unstable. But overall I have fun doing it and at the end I even like it . After class I took this pictures, went to download them in my computer and when I came back to the kitchen . . . cake was gone . . . my little kids ate all the flowers and destroy the top tier . . . they were really happy
