I took 5 oz plastic cups and stapled them together to form the bouquet, then I put the cupcakes inside, Iced with tip #2D and then sprayed with Wilton spray the tops (pink and Purple) then decorated with the picks and happy bithday sign. I have the link that I found the directions on. PM me and I can send them to you.
