this was a cake for my beautiful niece ellie who loves horses. I didn't have any idea of how to start so i drew a picture first and after a few attempts (which looked like english bull terriors !) i came up with something that resembled a horse and then i cut it out by hand and copied the detailing from a picture of an other cake.
