This is the first wedding cake I ever attempted and it was for my daughter. We planned her wedding in 2 weeks and catered it. I was up until 4am working on food and the cakes. I'm suprised a cake made it there at all. Her wedding was at 11am. It was all buttercream. She loved it which is all that I cared about.
