Copacabanya's sheep cupcakes were so adorable, I had to make some too! These are actually the first cupcakes I've ever made . . . and I learned that you only need to fill the cups half full with batter! Nothing a little extra frosting couldn't fix. :) Flavor is coconut cream, yum!
