My friend, who I made a baby shower cake for a few weeks ago, gave birth to her son a few days ago. We are visiting her this weekend, so I made this to take along! 8in carrot cake filled with orange SMBC. Coated with white chocolate ganache and then decorated with fondant. Baby & flower are gumpaste.
