Chocolate WASC. My first attempt at a topsy turvey cake. I cooked way too much cake and had nearly as much cut off as was in the cake. After about 24 hours, the top tier was starting to buckle over, and I have no idea how to get the fondant smooth at the bottom of the tall side. My admiration to anyone who can do it!
