This was CBC iced in fondant. It was for a bake sale in a local school. People had to guess the weight of the cake , the nearest one to it won the cake - It weighed 8lbs ! The school teaches all through the Irish Language and the writing on the cake is the name of the school - "Gaelscoil Riada" translates to Irish School Riada!
