I made this cake for a friends 7 year old son. He loves MJ, specifically the Thriller video and I totally forgot I agreed to do it until a few hours before it was due! Normally I would have covered the whole thing in fondant but since I was short on time and I couldn't make a new batch so I just went with fondant accents on top. Wish I could have gotten the buttercream a little smoother (I over whipped it) but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out :)
