My mom's birthday is on the first day of spring, so I made her a birthday cake with a spring theme. She loved it :) Lower layer is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and caramel mousse filling, the top layer is normal cake with cream cheese and tangerines (canned) and sweet orange marmelade.
