The penguins were a lot of fun to make. I "doctored" a confetti cake mix. (3) 9x13 stacked and carved to form the pool for the water look. Everything was going great, but for some reason the frosting would not crust. I couldn't keep the frosting smooth, same recipe I always use...oh well the birthday boy was happy with it :)
