This is a two tier 6" & 8" stacked cake. I stacked the 6" all the way to the back of the 8" to give me more room at the front to sit the bear and sign. The top layer is yellow cake w/ buttercream filling the bottom layer is chocolate amarreto cake w/ buttercream filling. I shaped the fish out of the scraps cut off of the top of the bottom layer. Everything is covered in fondant. I made the sign, bear, deer & the little guy;s body out of modeling chocolate (my first time using it). The stream is blue tinted buttercream. I formed the trees by making two tall cone shapes out of modeling chocolate and then cut out leaves from fondant and starting at the bottom I layered them.
