This was my first carved cake. I was super proud of this one :) For a photographer on his birthday. I heard that when the guests arrived the cake was sitting out on the table and everyone kept asking 'where the cake was?'. LOL that is GREAT for me to hear! This was huge though- it is sitting on a 20in square base board. All accents are fondant & the buttons & drawings, wordings, are hand-painted.
